Summer Newsletter

Summer Greetings!

We hope this beautiful time of year is bringing much needed light and warmth into your life both figuratively and literally, and that your yoga practice is helping you access your deep inner reserve of peace and stillness.

Summer feels like it’s flying by, but we’ll make the most of what remains of this season! Ginger will lead weekly yoga sessions for all levels in Discovery Park, and Yuko will teach a Friday evening gentle flow set to mellow classic and contemporary jazz tunes.

Our studio will run on a reduced summer schedule from August 1 until Labor Day, but we’ve added a virtual option to some of the classes that usually don’t have one. So, if you’re traveling and can’t get to the studio much, we hope you will take advantage of our Zoom* classes and join us live or watch later. You won’t have to choose between yoga and time away! Keep up your practice and find ease in your mind and body all summer long.

*If you have a 4-class or 8-class card, you’ll need a virtual class card to join our Zoom classes. If you have a monthly pass or the summer 24-class card, you can access both in-person and virtual classes.

Explore your options at our store.

There are still a couple of days left to complete the July Challenge!

Summer Schedule 8/1-9/2

The studio will be running on a reduced summer schedule through Labor Day. You’ll notice that in addition to more virtual options, we’ve “downshifted” some of our flow classes during this time to make them more accessible. Here’s the summer schedule at a glance. Note that we will be closed Labor Day weekend.
