Hello and Goodbye — Sami Ith, who taught Prenatal, and Kids Yoga, as well as Tuesday night Essential Flow, has moved back to Washington D.C. We miss her upbeat energy and bright smile, and wish her the very best! We were sad to say good-bye to Sami, but we’re super excited to welcome Lauren to the team! Lauren brings 20 years of yoga practice and extensive training in gymnastics, dance, physical therapy, functional movement, and pilates — all of which inform her sequencing and movements. Lauren teaches Essential Flow at 7:15 pm on Tuesdays, and will begin teaching Hatha at 12 pm on Fridays starting Sep 6. Learn more about Lauren, and book a class with her today.
Coming Up — Stayed tuned for a Feldenkrais (awareness through movement) Popup, scheduled for Sep 20, Friday!
