Wow, did May really go by that fast?!
We know you’re enjoying the warmer and lighter days, speaking of which. . .
Summer Solstice is around the corner!
Later this month, we in the Northern Hemisphere will experience the longest period of daylight, ushering in a time when introspection and reflection will be of great benefit. We also think it’s a wonderful opportunity to ride the flow of expansive solar energy and take up more space in meaningful ways (especially for those who have felt contracted by self-generated restrictions). Yuko and Ginger have a Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath planned around this very theme! In addition, we’ve made some minor changes to teachers’ schedules, and our Special Summer Package is available. Read on!
SUMMER SOLSTICE YOGA NIDRA & SOUND BATH

This is part of our popular quarterly event. Experience Yoga Nidra or guided sleep meditation after a short and gentle yoga warm-up, then slip into an extended savasana to the meditative thrum of Ginger’s Sound Bath, accompanied by vocalizations to subtly shift and reset your vibrational frequency.

TEACHER SCHEDULE CHANGE
Starting this month, Caoilfhionn and Ginger will split their time teaching the Sunday evening Restorative class. Caoilfhionn will teach the 2nd and 3rd (and sometimes 4th) Sundays; Ginger, the 1st and last, offering optional healing touch and Sound Bath, on those Sundays, respectively.
Sami will take over the Friday 12 pm Hatha class from Ginger, while Kate took over the Wednesday 9:30 am Essential Flow class from Yuko last month.
Ginger’s Craniosacral Therapy is now available on Thursdays at 11:30 am and 1 pm for direct booking on Studiobookings. For custom dates, email Ginger.
