GUIDELINES
Age limits: You must be 13 or older to attend our regular yoga classes. Children aged 13-15 must also be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is at least 18 years of age. People 16 years of age or older can attend unaccompanied.
Class sign up: Please sign up for classes in advance to ensure that you will have a spot when you arrive. Class size is typically limited to 10 people. Also, if you find you will not be able to attend a class you signed up for, please make sure to cancel out so your spot is freed up for someone else. Shoes: Please remove shoes and place on the bottom shelf of the shelving unit as soon as you enter the studio in order to keep the floor smooth and clean for bare feet and to keep the upper shelves clean for other belongings. Please do not walk across the floor in shoes to set your mat down first.
Mats: Please bring your own mat and please take your mat home with you. We do not allow personal storage of mats at the studio (sorry, not enough space). We do have a few mats to borrow if you forget yours, though.
Taking care of yourself: Please listen to your own body when deciding which poses are safe for you to practice. If you start to find it hard to breathe or you experience pain or extreme discomfort, please back out of the pose and either find an alternative, ask for help, or just wait until we move to another pose.
