Studio Safety

GREEN STUDIO: Our studio uses green and clean infrared heating in the winter for maximum air purity. We also run an air purifier to maintain optimal air quality, and keep the door or vent open during larger classes for further ventilation.

COVID PRECAUTION: As a yoga and wellness studio, we take the physical and mental health of our students and instructors seriously. Please make sure that on the day of your attendance, you are not showing symptoms of illness — digestive upset, stuffy nose, fever, chills, coughing or sneezing. We are limiting class sizes to 10 people (or 9 for hybrid classes—to make room for the camera). Also, we run an air purifier 24/7 and keep the door or vent open during larger size classes. Masks are no longer mandatory at the studio, but you are welcome and encouraged to wear one if you feel like it.

GENERAL ILLNESS PRECAUTIONS: If you have symptoms of any communicable illness, please do not come to the studio—you may take advantage of our online classes if you like.

SAFETY PRECAUTION: While yoga is a powerful tool for building strength and flexibility, it is not a substitute for medical care or diagnosis. Please consult your doctor before you begin a yoga practice, especially if you are recovering from an injury or illness. Do not perform or hold any poses that cause you discomfort or sharp pain. We encourage you to listen to and respect the limitations of your body on any given day.
